Monday was a good day on campus. Turns out one girl dropped the TESL (teaching english as a second language) class, so I got in. The program is worth 4 credit hours, and is taught in Spanglish. It makes us create lesson plans as if we were teaching students an English course. Then, we teach PUCMM students in our very own English class. Once the class is completed, we get a certificate which is recognized all over the world (not the US though because there rules/standards of English are very strict I guess, plus not many people need English as a second language).
In other news, I talked to Helen & Doug today. Since Dad and Rita are no longer coming, I will be spending my 4 day weekend in Las Terrenas. I am staying with Doug and Helen, along with my friend Sarah. We are leaving Thursday after class (4 hour guagua ride) and staying till Monday. Hopefully we catch good weather!!
Ok, thats all I got for the day. Talk to you later.
